Upon full payment, you are granted rights to the final website design and content created specifically for your project, unless otherwise stated. My Site Matters LLC. retains ownership of any pre-existing materials, frameworks, code libraries, tools, and design systems used to create your website.

We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We may recommend or integrate third-party services (such as hosting providers, plugins, analytics tools, or payment processors). My Site Matters LLC. is not responsible for the performance, security, availability, or policies of third-party services.

6. SEO & Performance Disclaimer

7. Hosting & Maintenance
